Transportation planning and engineering background with technical skills in traffic analysis and design. The person in this position will provide technical expertise on traffic engineering issues for planning and design of transportation infrastructure. Other Responsibilities Include: Traffic operations and safety analyses, Traffic signal, ITS, and lighting design, Signing and striping design, Construction/work zone traffic control design, Prepare technical reports and construction plans for traffic elements, Coordinate with other disciplines, clients, and sub-consultants, Mentor and train staff to expand technical expertise, Implement company policies and procedures for the execution of projects, Other duties as assigned
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Civil Engineering certification (P.E.) and5-8 years experience . Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other applicable software common to the field of civil traffic engineering.Willingness to work on projects locally or in workshare with other offices, some travel required.
