Job Description

Horizons Youth Services is seeking a dynamic candidate for our LPN position at the Whitney M. Young Job Corps Center in Simpsonville, KY!

Job Summary: Assists the Health and Wellness Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating an efficient wellness program consistent with the students’ needs and Job Corps goals and objectives.

Experience: One year of related experience and/or training is necessary

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and diploma from an accredited Practical Nursing Program

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current LPN license from the State, current BLS/CPR certification. Valid State Drivers License
