· Strong customer service skills in the logistics industry preferably.
· Self directed/ fast learner
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent PC skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and 10 key by touch
· Accurate data-entry skills
· Effective verbal/written communication skills.
· Ability to assess daily workflow and prioritize tasks.
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while providing a high level of service.
· Responsible for handling day-to-day order processing for a considerable account.
· Responsible for handling reworks as requested by the customer.
· Handle calls from internal customer.
· Liaison between Chain Order and Warehouse.
· Back-up other customer reps.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
· Perform job in accordance with Company Policies & Work Rules and Departmental Policies & Procedures
