The role
The Engineering Recruiter will concentrate on our talent initiatives in the US including staffing for our client locations and internal needs.  It is a 100% remote opportunity.

Your mission:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential new employees.
• Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other sources.
• Efficiently assist candidates through in-house and client recruiting processes through offer stage – agency experience is a plus.
• Coordinate on-boarding with our HR department.
• Implement company culture, values, and policies.
• Support management with requested reports and documents.
• Coordinate and attend events focused on employee & contractor recruitment.
• Contribute with development of Applicant Tracking System functionality.
• Assist with telephone and email programs to attract and maintain contact with applicants.

Your qualifications:

• 3+ years technical recruiting experience in an agency environment, preferably in the engineering field (understanding of process automation a big plus).
• Must have strong experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting for contract and staff positions.
• Recruitment hands-on experience on various projects in a client-facing environment.
• Technical understanding and willingness to learn is more important.
• Relationship builder and advocate for candidate experience.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to build rapport with all potential and existing employees and contractors.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full-time hours 8:30am – 5:30pm
