Job Description : Reporting to the Partnership & Development Manager, the full time Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating communications activities, both internal and external, including but not limited to writing content for public distribution, developing collateral material to support the mission and vision of Honor Community Health, assist in managing digital media and response to any public relations request. Responsible for supporting executives in policy and advocacy work.
Will perform all work with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and an emphasis on accuracy and quality. Will provide support to enhance Honor Community Health communications and public image. Qualifications : EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required. Experience : Four or more years of relevant experience, ideally in journalism, marketing, advertising, business, government, or public relations agency managing content development. Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers is highly desired.
