Business Development Associate. The successful candidate will create and build client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects. Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/sponsors including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
A yearly bonus of 20% on top of the annual compensation is given upon meeting the sales target.
What are you going to be doing?
Marketing and online client relationships. NO COLD CALLING.
Formulating online purchase orders in conjunction with team members and various functional groups.
Developing a budget and price estimate using google sheets.
Developing bids and proposals for State and Federal government, packaging and assisting in presenting the proposal or estimate to the customer.
Chatting via hangouts to internal groups the outcome of the negotiations/proposals/estimates focusing on conveying the expectations set forth for each group (e.g., clear details, critical timeframes, and expectations).
Collaborating with Operations and the Admin to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components within the proposals.
Online tracking and reporting using QuickBooks on the status of all proposal/estimate components
Establishing and maintaining on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems; participating in site visits.
Supporting other Business Development Team members as needed.
Participating in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
Performing other duties as assigned.
