Job Description

Due to our rapid growth, we're seeking an Energetic Sales Manager to lead our talented sales team. Having happy team members leads to happy customers, and strong leaders ensure team members are happy.  We reward individuals who are ready to work hard and stay motivated. Come join our team!

Responsibilities Include:

·       Being a strong leader

·       Providing focus and training (daily) to the sales team

·       Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process

·       Build rapport with customers to establish customer engagement

·       Assist in closing sales

·       Help manage the productivity of sales department

·       Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth

Qualifications:

·       Management experience

·       Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment

·       Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

·       Clean driving record

·       Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

True First-year Compensation: $175,000.00 to $265,000.00 /year

Current Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or Hospitality 
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
