High producing Real Estate company, voted best of Knoxville 2017 and 2018 is looking for driven Outbound Sale Associate to join our growing marketing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls (warm and cold) to prospective sellers

  • Set appointments for real estate agents

  • Tele-prospecting

  • Lead generation

  • Data entry

  • Prospect follow up

Hours will be discussed during interview

Competencies:

  • Be familiar with auto-dialer

  • Be able to read scripts in a clear, confident, and energetic voice

  • Have strong listening and dictation skills

  • Have ability to record data and manage appointment calendars for real estate agents

  • Communicate in a professional and effective manner

  • Be confident and knowledgeable in responding and handling questions and objectives

  • Be self motivated and real personal and company goals

Our team is seeking long term, part time Sales Representative who is coachable, disciplined, and a self-starter. Representatives have the opportunity to make over $70,000/yr. Pay is hourly + commission, plus a medical bonus.

This position allows you to work from home or in our office but must be in a quiet environment with no distractions or interruptions.

Candidates must have:

  1. High-speed Internet connection with a download speed of at least 3 Mbps and upload speed of at least 1.5 Mbps.

  2. Computer with Windows 7 or better, or Mac Operating System

  3. Landline telephone or cell phone

  4. Must have valid TN Real Estate license or be willing to obtain one in a timely fashion
