The historic Homestead Resort is a select upscale and luxury independent hotel, filled with its own distinct personality, experience, style and features located in beautiful Midway, Utah. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Desk team and deliver an innovative guest experience that resists predictability while cherishing our historic heritage.
The Guest Service Agent position is a key part of the overall success of the Homestead Resort. This is the first and last person a guest comes in contact with. It is very important that this individual possesses a strong outgoing personality and a great customer service attitude. This candidate should be able to work well with others, while demonstrating the ability to work unsupervised.
-Understand and operate Hotel’s Property Management System
-Offer personalized service to each guest
-Handle guest complaints with interest, concern and empathy
-Perform all cash and credit card transactions
-Know room locations, types of rooms available, as well as other services of the property
-Greet guests in a friendly manner
-Ability to work in a multi-tasking fast paced environment
-Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evening and holidays
-Handle incoming telephone calls and other guest’s communications
