Job Description

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations, monitoring and compliance of the company’s warehouse credit facilities and relevant liquidity position. The Treasury Manager directly supervises a team of two analysts and regularly interacts with internal business process owners and external banking relationships.

The ideal candidate should be independent, accountable, detail oriented, adaptable with changing priorities to achieve results and assist the organization with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

·         Directly supervise and support a team of two analysts

·         Daily monitoring of credit facility utilization, compliance requirements and cash balances

·         Review daily advance allocations across each credit facility ensuring cost effective execution and compliance requirements are met     

·         Preparation of daily reconciliations of cash and outstanding balances at each credit facility and review credit facility transactions

·         Preparation of daily advance, repayment and other applicable credit activity reports for the accounting department

·         Review of daily compliance requirements with each credit facility     

·         Timely communication to senior management of anticipated concerns regarding credit availability, liquidity, increased turn times, and credit compliance matters  

·         Completion of various month end reconciliations  

·         Compilation and review of applicable internal monthly, quarterly and annual production reports   

·         Oversight of daily electronic registrations and transfers of mortgage interests, monthly and annual reconciliations and compliance review of servicing, gestation, custodial and beneficial ownership interests in mortgage loans.

·         Coordination of the third-party annual review over mortgage loans electronic registration data

·         Compile and submit timely monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting requirements

·         Preparation of monthly investor purchase price investor analysis

·         Provide operational support as required to various business process within the organization

·         Maintaining up to date documentation of terms and compliance requirements for each warehouse credit facility

·         Maintain up to date contact information for each of the Company’s investors and prepare settlement report notifications as required 

·         Maintain up to date documentation of internal procedures and processes

·         Develop and maintain relationships with contacts at each credit facility

·         Preparation of ad hoc reports as requested by senior management

·         Preparation of requests for regulatory examinations

·         Review of monthly, quarterly and annual commission and incentive compensation calculations

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·         BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline

·         6+ years’ experience in Finance or Treasury

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Strong attention to details and organized

·         Clearly communicate and present complex subject matter

·         Ability to work independently and comfortably with incomplete information and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment

·         Proactive problem solver, expected to present problems and recommendations simultaneously

·         Commitment to excellence and high level of motivation and initiative

·         Maintain high level of trust and integrity under strict confidentiality
