HomeSmart Colorado is hiring residential real estate sales agents in the greater Denver, Colorado. HomeSmart Colorado is the largest residential real estate brokerage in Colorado and has 15 office locations.

Compensation:

$100,000 at plan, commission

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and follow-up with leads - Build your sphere of influence.
  • Present your services as a Real Estate Agent to buyers and sellers.
  • Host open houses.
  • List and market clients’ homes for sale.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries.
  • Schedule listing appointments and present your listing presentation with clients.
  • Educate clients on their home buying and/or selling experience.
  • Show properties.
  • Manage your transactions from listing to escrow.
Qualifications:
  • Active Colorado Real Estate license is required.
  • Member of National Association of REALTORS is a plus!
  • Any level of Real Estate experience is welcomed!
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Motivated to work independently or in a team setting.
  • High level of professionalism and business ethics.
  • Technologically savvy.
