The Franchise Operations Coordinator position will be joining the Franchise Development Team to focus on driving franchise expansion throughout the United States. This position will play a key role in accelerating our brand's expansion by assisting with the recruitment of highly qualified franchise candidates for the brands to be determined. The Franchise Operations Coordinator will assist with elements of lead generation and a mutual Discovery Process for new franchisee candidates. Additionally, this person will be responsible for providing support to the franchise sales department, marketing, operations, and other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively collaborate with candidates from a combination of lead sources 
  • Able to connect with and engage prospects from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures
  • Manage vendors and reporting to increase quality of leads and track cost
  • Coordinate internal and external development meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule prospect meetings by working with sales team, operations, and marketing
  • Able to pivot and react when working with potential prospects around travel and accommodations  
  • Prepare and create agendas for meetings
  • Advise staff of upcoming development team and prospect meetings through Outlook calendar and or Google invites
  • Experience in meeting and event preparation such as but not limited to, preparing conference rooms for meetings, creating name tags, driving presentations, note taking, and holding a group to a time driven agenda
  • Management of internal spreadsheets and record
  • Manage communication of information in and out of the development team office
  • Prepare outgoing mail, launch kits, packages
  • Assist in preparation of presentation and marketing materials
  • Management of expense reports
  • Ensure development office is organized and ready to accommodate clients
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Initiative-taker with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask under high pressure and in a time sensitive environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience collaborating with clients over the telephone
  • Proven experience delivering results in franchise sales or a related type of sale
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means 
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple meetings and events regularly
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving, and people skills required
  • Business Acumen - Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues
