The Retail Pharmacy Manager plays a vital role, which entails leadership, commitment, dedication, communication, empathy, and the overall understanding of both being a pharmacist and the running of a community pharmacy. As a Licensed Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Manager works in partnership with the Operations Manager to set and meet goals for the overall success of both the pharmacy team and store. The right candidate will be: A Licensed Pharmacist Able to effectively conduct Comprehensive Medication Reviews and other MTM activities effectively. Willing to operate, train, and grow HomeTown’s medication synchronization program. Certified to provide immunizations Experienced in monthly patient transfer reports Experienced in inventory management, vendor returns, interstore transfers, removing outdates, and other various Pharmacist duties. Able to effectively co-manage all management duties such as scheduling, training, interviewing and hiring This is a full-time position required 36+ hours per week.
