The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service consistent with HomeTeam's service standards and metrics. You'll work a full-time schedule from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (or 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.), with occasional work on Saturdays. At this time, 50% of the branch is working from home and 50% is in the office (this varies from branch-to-branch and can change in the future).
What You’ll Do:
Receive calls, schedule appointments, answer billing questions, perform collection calls, and balance daily work with technicians
Collaborate with prospective customers, initiate new services, and properly set up customer accounts
Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships
Raise inquiries or problems to managers as needed
Resolve issues with unsatisfied customers and diffuse situations using professional and effective communication

What We Need from You:
High school degree/G.E.D.
At least 1 year of related experience (preferably as a customer service representative)
Ability to pass background screenings
Professional phone etiquette and knowledge of communication behaviors
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and data entry skills to handle HOA and billing
Standout teammate, driven work ethic, and comfortable working and completing goals independently
Self-starter, organized, thorough, and good at multitasking
Motivated to perform well knowing you have job security and work-life balance with time to pursue personal interests outside of work
