Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

Customer feedback is priceless, and can gather that for you. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Empathetic and patient, even when the customer is upset.

  • Must be able to understand that they should never a complaint personal, and just listen, because we all want to feel understood.

  • Generate sales leads.

  • Have a passion for helping people.

  • Be an overachiever, going above and beyond to find a resolution.

  • Problem solving skills.
