The Director of Institutional Renovations will be responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Property Services construction/renovation teams for HomeRiver Group. The Director will build and maintain a unified, service-driven culture for all markets across HomeRiver Group. The Director of Institutional Renovations plans, directs, coordinates, usually via the subordinate supervisory personnel, all activities concerned with construction and renovations of single-family residential homes.

The Director of Institutional Renovations participates in conceptual development of construction projects and oversees the scheduling, organization, budgeting, and implementation. Core Responsibilities:Lead Institutional Renovations department including in-house constructions/rehab staff and outsourced vendor networkAccountable for Institutional Renovations financial performance, ensuring business priorities align with overall fiscal goalsDevelop National Vendor Network strategy that controls onboarding, standard pricing, and quality of workBuild new effective partnerships leveraging scale and purchases across marketsDrive best practices across the organization including technology solutions for corporate and field staffBuild and maintain a standard operating rhythm established by service metrics that lead to customer retention and profitabilityDetermine strategic decision points in pre-acquisition and construction process and leverage technology for data-driven approach for decisionsEducation & Experiences:Bachelor's degree or higher7-10 years in construction management5+ years of experience with P responsibility3+ years' experience supervisory remote and large teamsProven experience orchestrating change management at an organizational levelStrong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable working with large data setsExperience developing and presenting business plans to execute divisional goalsExcellent leadership skills with a track record of hiring, coaching, training, and motivating professionalsAbility to think strategically and identify opportunities for the operations that are innovative and support the organization's visionExcellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of audiences including customers, front line managers, and C-Suite leadersTeam-Oriented and enthusiasm to work with other executives to achieve shared business goalsAbout HomeRiver GroupHomeRiver Group is an integrated national platform offering world-class property management services to investors in the single family and multifamily rental markets.
