Local Baton Rouge company that has been in business for 41 years is seeking a well-organized, motivated, Customer Service Representative with EXCEPTIONAL phone skills. The candidate must be mature, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. An upbeat and inviting voice on the phone is an absolute must! You will be working with a group who strongly believes in giving excellent customer service and adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • AS400 software experience a plus!
  • 50 WPM minimum typing speed.
  • Must be mature, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Organization and a positive attitude is an ABSOLUTE must!
  • Must be skilled at troubleshooting and thinking outside the box!
