We're always looking to recruit the best talent so please, join us! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / CSRAs a Customer Service Rep / CSR, you make sure our customers have a great experience working with us!

You answer inbound calls and schedule appointments at a time that works best for our clients. Additionally, you reach out to our existing client base and make outbound calls to schedule appointments for them. Your interpersonal skills help you meet the needs of our customers and build great rapport!

Some of your other duties include assisting with showroom sales and managing data. You feel good helping others get the best chimney services around! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of inbound and outbound appointment setting2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, etc.Ability to type 50+ WPMBasic understanding of databasesValid driver's license with no major or unreconciled violationsCollege or trade school experience is preferred, but not required. Do you have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally?
