Job DescriptionCompany Description
Chicago's most trusted name in exterior home remodeling is filling a Customer Service Representative position in our Downers Grove location. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills.
Duties
- Communicates with customers and employees to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- De-escalate phone calls
- Maintain accurate records
- Maintains goals and objectives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Well-spoken and able to respond to customers’ needs
- Excellent listening and customer service skills
- Well versed in basic mathematical calculations
- At least 1 year of customer service & call center experience
- Results oriented
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K)
Compensation: $16-18 hourly
Must be available: Standard business hours/ 1 Saturday monthly
