Job Description

Position Overview:

HomePro is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Productivity Specialist/Optimizer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the productivity of our employees. Your main objective will be to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. This is a critical position that will contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal/written and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently to maintain account relations and schedules in a timely manner.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination: organize internal resources for the flawless execution of daily work orders. Effectively communicate between multiple departments to ensure job quality and timelines. 

  • Relationship/account management: build and foster strong, long lasting customer relationships with clients. Heavy phone and email communication with clients in a timely manner is required. 

  • Project documentation: ensure documentation accuracy for all daily work orders including, but not limited to, sales orders, purchase orders & diagrams. 

  • Work order scheduling: utilize multiple software systems to communicate and fulfill client schedules. Define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule. 

  • Purchase order procurement: accurately review and request purchase orders to maintain account receivables within company metrics. 

  • Problem solving: assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations by quickly and efficiently removing obstacles to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions to meet client needs and objectives.

Education & Experience Required

  • 1-2 years minimum of Warranty or Customer Service experience required.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Regular and reliable attendance record
  • Knowledge of Home Building, Remodeling/Construction, electrical wiring and/or experience working in Construction type customer service job a PLUS!!
