We are seeking a Behavior Specialist to join our team! You will provide ABA behavioral services in group or individual settings for a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues and autistic children
- Offer assistance to teachers and aids with students under your case
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment team members.
- Report weekly to your supervisor (BCBA)
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- A bachelors in related fields
- RBT (preferred)
- Familiarity with the following strategies:

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
