About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Brand Director, you will be responsible for the planning & execution oversight of our brands' cross-channel content throughout the year. You will work across 1-2 brands per year, developing content pillars and sharp perspectives that tie back to the brand strategy, and work to fill our content pipeline via internal and external resources. You will also partner with the Nutrition Sciences, coaching, and CX teams to develop brand-appropriate community initiatives and help to build the structure and cadence needed to bring these initiatives to life.
What You'll Do
- Plan and map content needs for Hologram's brands, translating marketing, product, and digital product priorities to content tasks.
- Collaborate with brand Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Coaches, and the Nutrition Science team as an avenue to create engaging content and grow brand awareness.
- Drive brand narratives across owned & third party content by working with content creators and affiliate specialists.
- Plan & build community engagement efforts in partnership with the Nutrition Science team.
- Support overarching marketing campaigns & PR initiatives with appropriate content.
- Help manage a regular flow of freelance writers, creators, and contributing editors for pieces for brands.
- Oversee the health of Hologram's B2B content, including LinkedIn cadence and PR stories.
Who You Are
- Experience in content planning and management for a CPG, wellness or retail brand
- Comfortable creating content strategies and calendars that scale specific brand perspectives
- A structural thinker who likes to organize information with attention to detail
- Can craft initiatives either specific to a channel to take advantage of in-platform behaviors, or in a channel-agnostic way to build compelling, coherent messaging
- Previous experience managing others both junior to you and at a peer level
- Prior success in scaling brands though repeatable processes
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-marketing stakeholders
- Worked at a startup or other organization requiring high levels of adaptability, innovation, and speed
- Familiarity with metrics reporting tools and ability to read, analyze, and act on metrics
- Interest in health & wellness or nutrition space
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
