We’re hiring an all-star Head of sales to help us hit our sales goals. You’ll identify and cultivate targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and who loves taking on new challenges. Compensation will be discussed at the time of the interview.Responsibilities:
- Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
- Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business
- Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals
- Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
- At least 1 year of experience in sales as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
We are an independent 96 rooms hotel with a friendly working crew. We are willing to train employees if needed to be independent.
