If so, we're looking for you. This position will be responsible for providing support to the General Manager and Operations departments. Duties include but not limited to, ensuring efficient administrative operations, payroll processing, monitoring weekly reports, procurement and payment, and managing employee paperwork flow. This person must be knowledgeable and diplomatic in their dealings with other departments in expediting research of owner and guest complaints. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: * Coordinate the distribution of various weekly and monthly reports, such as RCI, Medallia, Security reports, etc. * Schedule meetings, events, inspections for various leaders, as well as take meeting notes and prepare agendas. * Update and maintain smartsheets and project lists. * Placing orders, managing invoices, and monitoring par levels of supplies, equipment, uniforms, etc. * Assists with special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of three to five years of experience in the Hospitality industry or a related industry. * Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or business management is a plus. * Internal candidates may substitute equivalent experience for educational requirement. * Must be able to collaborate and develop strong relationships. * Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications. * Previous administrative experience required. * Customer service and/or hospitality experience a plus. * Continuous computer use. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. * Strong Interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to adapt in fast paced work environment.
