Job Duties:
Work collaboratively providing ABA services within our service model
Serve as a model to behavior technicians in providing effective and compassionate ABA.
Participate in mentorship and case review meetings to develop clinical skills
Under the direction of the Clinical Director and with support from an assigned BCBA you will develop the skillset needed to work independently upon certification. As part of the supervisory team, you will

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years ABA experience
Enrolled in a BCBA program
BA/BS
Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs
Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, and proper auto insurance and vehicle registration
Received COVID-19 vaccination or in the process of receiving the vaccination. Request for an accommodation will be accepted
