- Support online customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work closely with internal team to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Supporting eCommerce Sales
- Creating and converting sales orders and POs
- Keeping track of status of orders placed, and following up with vendors to ensure the order goes smoothly and meets customer’s in hands date
- Keeping up to date with client needs and be a reliable contact to the customer for anything they might need.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Understanding of MS Office programs and Google G Suite (sheets, docs, etc)
