Technical PM

Business Project Analyst role offers a hybrid work schedule. Our Business Project Analysts work with our product owners on business requirements, user stories, estimates, and schedules for a group of features and/or projects within one of our delivery portfolios. This role is an integral part of our software delivery teams and works side by side with the Portfolio Delivery Manager.

The ideal candidate will showcase experience in bridging the gap between business leaders and technical team members by knowing how to document, diagram, and summarize requirements. This candidate will also have experience managing the execution of the requirements through the software development life cycle.

Bring to the table:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Business or related degree
• 5-7 years experience with documenting requirements and creating functional designs by working with business users and internal team
• 4-6 years of team experience in software development methodologies, preferably Agile
• Experience representing the functional needs of a development request back to the technical team to facilitate the development process
• Experience holding demos and showcasing new functionality of a solution to clients and end users
• Ability to be adaptable and strong in problem solving
• Demonstrated communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels within the organization
• Demonstrated organizational and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
