The Sales Manager has a single goal: increase sales through individual performance and growing our sales staff. In short: Hire > Train > Motivate > Focus on Sales = Grow your sales team.
Our company is over 10 years old and our model is proven. We are small and looking to grow, and so this is a rare opportunity to join our company and to make your own path. We are not micro managers (you have space and autonomy). We provide ample time for training, understanding the role, company, products and services. After that, the team is yours.

What we expect from this role:
Motivate, motivate, motivate. Run daily, weekly, and monthly contests. Keep the job fun and lively.
Find new hires and set them up for success. Train, coach and motivate new hires toward results. Weed out those who are not the right fit early on.
Focus on sales numbers / goals for your team.
Test, implement, and track new products and services.
Focus exclusively on sales. Period. Production and service are a separate department. There are zero distractions from obtaining more revenue from sales.
Promote our culture of clear direct communication with staff, internal and external clients and peers.
What we expect from you:
Minimum 2 years experience as a manager (customer service or sales).
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales within a results driven business environment.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales initiatives and business plans to support evolving business goals, including delivering and executing sales growth strategies.
Understanding of H.R. basics as it pertains to hiring and firing.
Strong leadership, management and coaching skills are essential.
