Statement of Work:

• The objective of this task is for client to provide ongoing support ton architectural issues regarding the ECM Repositories that include Content Manager (CM) solution in support of eDIB, Medicare, non-disability, as well as any new areas. It also includes support on architectural issues regarding the Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) solution in support of the Online Retrieval System (ORS) and its related applications.

Major Focus:

• It has been documented that the query functionality of the ODWEK API is not implemented in the most efficient manner.
• The current search functionality implements a client-side search versus a server-side search which increases the number of required transactions that need to be transferred over the network to complete the search.
• CMOD support to provide assistance with the IBM CMOD development team in implementing this functionality change request. Lead the effort of moving away from 80,000 Users being defined in CMOD, to role-based user groups / connection pools.
• Be knowledgeable of the IBM CMOD Cloud instance hardware / architecture layout.
• IBM's Network & firewall, virtual machines, database, Cloud's storage devices.
• Assist in resolving inconsistencies in the V2 notice count total. If CMOD documents exist in the CMOD ARSOD table and do not contain meta data, what is the statis of the document? Are the documents in OAM and are they retrieval?
• Can the ARSOD time stamp be translated into the OAM time stamp. Determine if it the V2 data is retrievable.
