Inside Sales Manager
- $65,000 Yearly (plus commission)
Person will be speaking directly to potential new clients; 80% of traffic is inbound generated by leads, 20% will be created by outbound prospecting.
Will be responsible for selling full suite of products and services to SMB. Annual quota is $650k. Each week they will have 5 sales presentations scheduled from inbound leads and they will be responsible for generating 7 qualified sales presentations per month from their own outbound prospecting.
Sales cycle from 3 weeks-3 months depending on size of sale. Will handle complete sales cycle; prospecting, discovery, proposal, demonstration, and closing. Prefer candidates have experience working with Salesforce but not mandatory. Candidates need to have 2+ years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals. SaaS experience preferred but not mandatory. Candidate MUST be very engaging, have high energy, confident but not arrogant.
