The Client Success Specialists provide world-class support to help Franchise Location clients achieve their business goals through highly targeted, localized online advertising. This role develops and maintains long-term business relationships by playing a hybrid role between Franchise Corporate Management support and owning a book of business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working towards goals with clear metrics and tracking of performance.

The Client Success Specialists roles are direct hire opportunities with a technology company that empowers product brands & local businesses to win the fight online. These opportunities are an integral part of the Account Management team and come with a competitive base salary and a competitive benefit package. Local to RTP or Morrisville, NC is desired, but the job can be worked as a hybrid role (2 days in the office and 3 days remotely). No C2C or visa situations accepted for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Successfully manage and coordinate ad campaigns to ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Work with subject matter experts, in-house and externally, to create relevant campaigns for small businesses
  • Leverage cross franchise location trends and key learnings to suggest relevant campaign strategies and changes.
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Prepare and review monthly reporting with client
  • Initiate an appropriate cadence of calls to manage the account closely. Develop an expertise on online search advertising platforms including Google and Bing
  • Work according to established process standard work and contribute to driving efficiencies in all processes. Work closely with the Brand Corporate Client Success Manager to drive value for the Franchise network
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM (Salesforce).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related area is preferred
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to grow and retain a dedicated customer base
  • Working knowledge of online search advertising platforms including Google, Yahoo, and Bing
  • Minimum of 1 year SEM & PPC experience
  • Google AdWords certification is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • High proficiency with the Google suite of products
