HireLevel is looking for an Accountant-Centric Sales Representative internally in St. Louis, MO to grow our HR software division by building a strategic referral network of Accountants and Brokers and connect with small to mid-size employers, across various industries, nationwide. Our Inside Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from prospects and current customers by working hand-in-hand with our Marketing team. Cultivate long-term professional referral channels to generate warm leads and continuously fill your pipeline of referral business Cold call prospective companies, with up to 1,000 employees, to grow revenue for our HCM People Cloud (HR Technology) division. Expand the HireLevel footprint within current customer accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Coordinate resources and manage the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline using resources such as our CRM, LinkedIn, social selling, webinar, and direct mail campaigns? Become an expert in clients' key business to create trust, authenticity, and clarity and build custom HR solutions.
Develop weekly time management strategies, techniques, and tactics to ensure the most effective use of time using our strategic selling calendar Collaborate with management to achieve monthly sales targets with close attention to increasing leads and a strategic pipeline that will lead to closing accounts Must meet established Key Performance Indicators including a minimum of 125 outbound calls and 5 meetings per week Exceed monthly revenue goals based on year-over-year industry sales trends Additional job duties as assigned by the marketing management teamRequirements of the Accountant-Centric Sales Representative: Prior sales or HR consulting experience is preferred Prior experience using a CRM and maintaining a referral network & pipeline of leads Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment with challenging customer demands Ability to stay up to date on HR industry, including technology Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, independently and with a team. Invests time and effort in personal development and professional education, self-educating on a customer's business environment and applying learnings in a consultative fashion to advance business deals Ability to travel as needed to client locations and other HireLevel branches Have a solid work ethic and sense of urgency; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks
