HireCall is actively seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative!
Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Two years experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
-Typing skills of 45 WPM
-10 Key data entry skills
-Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
-Good math and organizational skills, above average communication skills
-Strong multitasking ability
-Communicate with courtesy and professionalism
-Assist sales representatives, customers, and internal staff with quotes and orders, as well as tech questions for company product.
-Quickly and efficiently enter quotes, place orders, and/or check order status for customers or sales representatives.
-Answer incoming calls and emails
-Follow up on all product shipped and received
-Accurately update computer on all actions on orders
-Take measurements of product and convert appropriately while on the phone; Strong Math Skills***
-Use material and equipment effectively
-Perform other duties as assigned
