RCM Operations Director

Purpose: The Director will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s service and business operations maintain a high standard and are consistent with its vision and mission. The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge and experience of operations in the health care/RCM space.

Day-To-Day:

• Liaison between the sales/CRM team and delivery team. Build and execute RFPs in a timely manner
• Develop project SOPs based on the client SLAs agreed. Ensure effective systems are in place to track project progress and sets performance metrics that can be effectively communicated to the team.
• Effectively oversees and monitors the overall quality and performance improvement of the organization’s operations.  Maintains applicable performance-based outcome measurement for each client/project.
• Effectively identifies and communicates performance improvement needs and corrective measures to improve client satisfaction and outcome achievement.  Identifies and prioritizes high risk, high volume, and problem prone issues. 
• Promotes creative problem-solving mechanisms in a timely fashion. Champions internal technology to clients.
• Handholds global projects until stable productivity and quality metrics are established before transitioning to the delivery team.
• Demonstrates outstanding networking capabilities and exhibits a professional polished demeanor and business maturity.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in operations (RCM space

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Strong domain knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle and Provider processes

• Long-term client relationship development and management skills

• Ability to frequently travel nationwide as necessary

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
