Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and organized Part-time Office Manager. This position will play a key role in daily admin operations, and provide support to clients, vendors, and other office duties. We have a fantastic team! We treat our clients well, and we have created an environment where people enjoy working. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is organized and has a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate courteous, professional behavior and appearance; you are often the first member of the company's team to interact with customers

  • Welcomes guests and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally, using visitors' names when appropriate and announcing their arrival to the right person.

  • Assist the accounting manager with GL processing and reconciliation

  • Reconcile corporate credit cards

  • Data entry for accounts payable / accounts receivable

  • Keep confidential information safe and secure

  • Receive packages and incoming mail/correspondence as required

  • Keep filing and record-keeping functions in an organized, systematic manner

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Minor cleaning (keeping office organized and tidy)

Candidates that will be given serious consideration will possess:

  • Superior organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliability and a high level of attention to detail

  • Capable of preserving confidential information

Required Skills and Experience include, but are not limited to:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Computer proficiency in Word and Excel required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours and Compensation:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (20-25 hours weekly) This position is flexible and only requires you to come to the office four days a week.

  • $20-$25/hourly based on experience and qualifications

  • Semiannually bonus based on performance

  • Generous PTO
