We are expanding our team and seeking a Staffing Sales Rep that will work fully remotely. This is a high commission position with no caps.
The Staffing Sales Rep is responsible for the sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing business opportunities.
Gain market share with new clients
Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships
Manage client relationships, pre-sales / post-sales
Developing and implementing sales strategies
Establish relationships with potential client decision-makers
Know how to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
Work closely with the recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.
Work with internal team to generate call and marketing campaign ideas
Deliver presentations about the company and it's offerings to executives
Understand customer requirements and provide input on how Hire HBCU can support those requirements
Great work ethic

Current relationships with hiring managers at medium & large businesses
Driven - Type A personality (Willing to take the bull by the horns)
3-5+ years' experience in a staffing account management/business development role
