Job Description

World leading MANUFACTURING company is seeking a Customer Service / Order Management Coordinator to join their team! This position is a full cycle Customer Service role which consists of inbound and outbound calls, emails, following up on orders, getting quotes and responding to customers.

Customer Service / Order Management Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders.
  • Provide price quotes to sales representatives and distributors.
  • Expedite International orders.
  • Determine lead times from vendors.
  • Distribute incoming orders, correspondence and direct calls.
  • Provide proof of delivery when needed.
  • Create quotes for customer and enter into a price analysis.
  • Maintain stock levels for large direct accounts.

 

Do you have...?

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • 4+ years of Customer Service experience or Sales Support experience working with a product in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of AS400 is a huge plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
