Billing Support Specialist – Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is both a self-starter and problem solver to join our rapidly growing billing team. To thrive in this position, you must be able to quickly adapt to change, be technically inclined, and possess high level patience and integrity. This role not only requires a high level of support to our customers but to the lenders and mortgage companies in which we work with.

Essential Function Description


Daily Tasks & Functions:

  • Ability to effectively communicate through inbound & outbound email and phone interaction
  • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit card payment and refund requests
  • Efficiently and accurately process customer escrow payments  
  • Demonstrate ability to competently and effectively resolve customer billing issues
  • Track escrow payment status through outbound calls & detailed policy notes
  • Provide support to all departments as needed
  • Complete “Diary” follow ups in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback and solutions to enhance processes, policies, and procedures



  • Ability to accurately work various reports as assigned
  • Keep accurate records and notes
  • Complete assigned reports in a timely and efficient matter



  • Post office/mail tasks
  • Various duties as assigned


Experience & Skills:

  • Questioning and listening skills that support effective communication
  • Strong judgment to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects
  • Ability to adapt quickly to product and procedure changes
  • Must be detail and service-oriented
  • Moderate supervision needed; demonstrates initiative to handle more tasks independently
