Job Description

We are looking for a responsible assistant manager to oversee business operations and tasks assigned to team members and resolve problems that occur on their shift.

  • Assistant Managers might perform the same tasks as employees while having the authority to manage co-workers. Assistant Managers are responsible for resolving issues and ensuring work is completed on schedule within a shift.


  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented as they will work across departments overseeing and helping where needed.
  • Attention to detail, planning and organization.
  • Conflict resolution interpersonal capabilities to manage both staff and customer relationships.
  • Good at forming habits and sticking to a schedule to produce consistent results when carrying out their work and managing shift procedures.
  • They are natural leaders who can multitask without forgetting any key responsibilities.


  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Must be able to work weekends.

Physical Demands and Working Environment: The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a busy environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight 50 lbs; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to walk to different areas of the business.

We are an EOE. Pay/Benefits: $15.75 on up depending on experience. 33-40 hours per week. PTO/UTO/Sick. Health Insurance available. Employee incentives, events, and discounts.
