**What will I be doing?**

As the Lead Management Coordinator, supporting the Lead Management Specialist, you would provide clerical and administrative support for sales and services for multiple hotels\. You will collect and enter data, maintain tools and assign sales leads\.
Further, your work will seek to deliver extraordinary guest service while improving financial profitability\.
More specifically, you will:
+ Deliver extraordinary service by answering back\-to\-back calls throughout your shift and responding in a friendly, timely, and consultative manner, listening attentively to customer needs and matching to the appropriate Hilton offering\.
+ Exhibit Hilton Values at every customer touch\-point\.
+ Communicate effectively, clearly, accurately and concisely with callers while entering and retrieving information using reservation systems and other tools simultaneously\.
+ Assign sales leads to appropriate Specialist\.
+ Perform word\-processing, typing, emailing, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail, entering data and taking notes and/or dictation\.
+ Expedite correspondence\.
+ Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed\.
+ Run and distribute a range of daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned\.
+ Enter data using Hilton's internal Sales and Events systems, Delphi\.fdc, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel\. Data entry will include entering materials into correspondence, reports, contracts, internal forms, schedules of events, reports of conventions or histories\.
+ Copy and distribute internal/external letters, forms, bookings, contracts, resumes, room lists, schedules and mail\.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
+ Entry level to one \(1\) year of experience within hotel sales, revenue management, data management, reservations or front office operations fields
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
+ English language fluency, both verbal and written
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
+ Two \(2\) years of experience within hotel sales, revenue management, data management, reservations or front office operations fields
