Join our growing fixed-wing team, specializing in executive charter, government operations, and logistics. We are currently flying the King Air B200 and C90 and plan to expand/diversify our fleet in the future. Hillsboro Aviation is offering a full time Aircraft Maintenance Technician position for a Turbine powered aircraft mechanic with 5 years’ experience, with preference being given to B-200 specific experience.

Hillsboro Aviation’s fixed-wing contract & charter division specializes in the executive charter. Our company has flown over 1.2 million hours and routinely conducts missions for private, corporate, and government customers.

The Position

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the contract and charter teams to maintain a high level of quality and compliance while performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the Director of Maintenance and Service Center Manager as needed to meet Hillsboro Aviation fleet maintenance and customer aircraft maintenance
• Maintaining high quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• Performing Inspection, Repair, and Preventative Maintenance as authorized by manufacturer publications, Part 145 Repair Station Manual, and Part 135 General Operations Manual
• Maintaining production requirements, process adherence, open communication, team spirit, and clean work environment
• Daily use of CAMP and other tracking software as well as company work process software

Qualifications/Licenses

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification with 5 years’ experience required.

Required Skills/Experience

• King Air maintenance experience
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, bending, etc.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Must be able to work long hours in all types of weather and environments.
• Must be able to observe visually the work performed by others and ensure it meets standards.
