Job Description

Hillebrand GORI is seeking talented, experienced inside sales representatives!

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare, follow up, and archive sales quotes.
Daily management of customer requests by deciding course of action.
Use Salesforce and JF Hillebrand proprietary software by entering quality information for analytical needs.
Work closely with all departments to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Coordinate request for proposal (RFP) with overseas offices.
Prepare and analyze statistics to establish business development strategies.
Making phone calls to potential individual importers, freight forwarders, wholesalers using company-provided leads.
Reports to the sales manager regarding objective, planned activities, reviews, and analytics.
Knowledge of logistics industry is preferred, but not required.
Monitor, review, and respond to emails receive from any potential customers.
Follow up with potential customers to encourage new and referral business.
Steady work history and a commitment to start a new career.
Prior sales experience in any industry is required, sales experience in logistics industry is preferred.
Data entry.
Positive attitude and desire to succeed is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strongly preferred: 2+ years in shipping / logistics / supply chain management industry.
Preferred: prior experience in Sales.
Attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Preferred: experience using SalesForce.com.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
