o Help lead the utilization of ResWare software
o Dig into details and work with executive management, title and escrow professionals, and software company professionals to gather, create, and administer:
- workflow processes
- document templates, fees, user roles, etc.
o Continue to administer the ResWare platform and enhancements over the long term within the organization
o Able to manage ResWare software upgrade projects
o Work with all levels of customers, including end-users, management and executives
o Review and synthesize processes and workflows
o Serve as the organization’s first-level of support to internal users
o Responsible for making regular updates and improvements as the company grows and changes
o Develop reporting in Ops Insight
o Provide exceptional customer service
o Remain familiar with new regulations and software systems, and assist with creating new settlement documents and other documents incident to closings
o At all times, perform duties in compliance with all federal, state, county and local laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures to ensure that the company, consumers, mortgage lenders and real estate agent’s best interests are always protected
o Promote an outwardly positive attitude to team members and outside parties
o Obtain and maintain, as required by the company, any necessary professional designation(s) or licenses
- Computer-savvy; embraces technology & systems
- Left-brained: logical, rational, analytical, objective
- Resourceful, constant learner and problem solver
- Focused and self-disciplined
- Full understanding of business processes and product offerings
- Customer service/support experience via phone, email, and chat
- Previous experience in other title and escrow package(s) is preferred
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- A keen eye to detail
Experience: Prefer 5+ year’s experience. ResWare specific experience. Other software experience will be considered.
