Online Channel Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Online Marketing Coordinator is an experienced digital channel specialist that has a proven track record of growing brands profitably on various online sales platforms. This individual is responsible for the tactical marketing strategy of the digital channel and manages the day-to-day operations of our email marketing program to deliver personalized content that supports online sales.

Essential Functions:

Ø Working alongside the Channel Manager to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and advance tactical marketing plans with specific objectives across different platforms and segments.

Ø Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

Ø Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to implement successful tactical marketing strategies as defined by Channel Manager.

Ø Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Ø Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

Ø Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.

Ø Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, track budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.

Ø Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

Ø Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

Ø Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Ø Route all campaigns to appropriate departments for edits and approval

Ø Provide quality assurance for all marketing email versions: review copy, product inventory, testing, query functionality.

Ø Validate end-to-end email journey across the entire campaign flow from subject line, to email rendering, to click through, to landing page experience.

Ø Create, manage, and optimize listings on various online platforms.

Ø Drive sku performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews

Ø Create procedures and train customer service team on how to handle non 5 star reviews and customer support issues

Ø Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Ø Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline preferred.

Ø 1-3 years of Email or Online Marketing experience

Ø Familiar with email marketing platforms including Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Social Studio and CRM.

Ø Familiarity and experience with Shopify.

Ø Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to articulate a vision and implement plans.

Ø Experience in the consumer products, pharmaceuticals, personal care industries preferred.

Ø Proven results of growing multiple Amazon listings.

Ø Experience using marketing campaigns creatively to increase sales velocity and reviews.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Ø Experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ads for campaign strategies a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ø Vision, hearing, and speaking to meet performance standard.

Ø Bending, stooping, climbing, twisting, walking, standing, pushing, pulling, grasping, fine manipulation, close work, and manual dexterity needed for using tools.

Ø Work independently, sit for extended periods of time, ability to utilize current technology to complete assigned tasks.

Work Environment

Ø May require overtime during peak periods or as business needs dictate.
