HigherUp is looking for a driven Junior Account Executive (internally know as New Client Relationship Consultant) to exceed their goals in a fast-paced, consultative, business to business sales environment, more specifically, educate and close new clients on our scalable iSolved HCM technology in the untapped Greater Los Angeles, market. 

 

What you’ll do

·         Diligently follow a sales process for success

·         Schedule meetings with businesses to educate them about Human Capital Management through HigherUp’s software iSolved.

·         Achieve set targets and working toward sales deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

·         Build referral relationships with other professionals who work with similar type clients (insurance brokers, CPAs, bankers, HR consultants etc.).

·         Prospect close new client accounts consistently month after month

·         Assess customers’ business issues and identify products/services that best meet their needs with educated and strategic recommendation of our solutions

·         Overcome customer objections, issues or concerns as necessary, again strategic thinking is key

·         Gain a full understanding of all payroll and HR solutions in the iSolved People Cloud powered by HigherUp HCM

·         Hold an entrepreneurial mindset and expect to be  expect to be treated like an owners because you think like an owner while owning your process and goals

 

Our Requirements / Qualifications

·         Minimum 1-2 years outside sales Proven track record of success in B2B sales experience (open to any industry because we train)

·         Strong communication and listening skills

·         Motivated individuals with a hunter mentality

·         Able to show initiative, resilience and respond quickly to coaching

·         Be a confident self-starter with a genuine interest in continuous learning

·         Bachelor's degree preferable

The compensation model is DOE and offers upfront commissions, and incredible incentive programs. JSAs also receive our full benefits package along with training, coaching, marketing support, room for career advancement and can earn eligibility to participate in our student loan reimbursement program.
