Job Description

HighGear is the original no-code workflow automation and process management company with a 15+ year history of delivering enterprise-grade software to thousands of users.  Our end-to-end solution is well-positioned in a $20B market that is projected to experience double-digit growth now and into the future.

  • Respond quickly to incoming leads demonstrating a high-level of service

  • Nurture prospects over time: discover needs, offer insights and resources, and assess buying priorities and timelines
  • Use targeted and insightful questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers and prospects about the industry and how HighGear can address their needs
  • Document outbound/inbound activity and maintain records in sales and marketing platforms
  • Perform live demos for prospects using our pre-built demo materials once training is complete

  • US citizen or permanent resident
  • Employment contingent upon passing a background check and drug test

Required Experience

  • BA/BS degree in business or technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • Prefer 1-3 years of proven excellence in business development, ideally in SaaS or a technology-based company, but will train those with the right core skills and mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary between $40k and $75k depending on qualifications
  • Spiffs paid for scheduled meetings, expected to total between $5k and $20k
  • Larger bonuses paid for deals that close: OTE for an employee in this role is to $90k to $120k
  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • Heavily subsidized healthcare for you and your family, including dental and vision coverage
  • Health Savings Account with a 2-for-1 contribution match up to IRS limits

Company Description
HighGear is growing! We are adding exciting new customers, continually improving our product and services, and finding brilliant new people to join our team.

HighGear is a leader in the rapidly growing no-code workflow sector, which is key segment of the low-code market that Forrester says will reach $21 billion by 2022. Our visual workflow capabilities lead the market without compromising ease of use like many advanced software products do.

Our most important criterion is a strong cultural fit. We have a great culture and are proud to be guided by the faith-based principles of passion, humility, teamwork, and integrity. We have the innovative culture and customer focus of a startup, but we are a profitable and mature company with careful financial management and strong cash reserves. And instead of fighting traffic every day, you can work close to home in a great place to live!

We have world-class clients like Beazley, Baillie Gifford, LSC Communications, NASA, and many other industry giants that we aren’t allowed to mention! They love us because we don’t just deliver our product and then forget about them – we truly learn their needs and go above and beyond to help them succeed.

Our team is filled with highly committed and experienced team players, with near-zero turnover! We love helping people grow into top performers and strong leaders, so we are creating new positions at all levels to amplify our existing team and provide growth opportunities to even more people. This is a great chance to join a learning team and grow with us.
