Project Manager I (Hybrid)

Are you ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a customer-focused Project Manager who can help confidently bridge the gap between the complicated world of technology and tangible business outcomes for our clients.

As a Project Manager on our High Touch team, you'll bring the human touch to technology, making a difference by working directly with clients and internal stakeholders, vendors, developers, and engineers to coordinate the prioritization, procedures, and documentation of managed projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Service as point of contact for the internal High Touch Technologies team.
  • Serve as liaison between High Touch and our clients for the project's taking responsibility for resolving implementation issues as they arise.
  • Develop project plans for sharing with clients and internal High Touch team members.
  • Delegate project tasks to internal and external team members.
  • Manage third-party vendor communication for projects.
  • Work closely with High Touch team members to maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and manager scope, enforce the documented change control process, and proactively identify and mitigate risk as needed.
  • Meet budgetary objectives to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate all issues that influence the project, impact clients, need escalation, or are of high risk to the client and/or project sponsor expeditiously.
  • Compile technical documentation as needed.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff and/or clients.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to problem solve and reflect the sense of urgency to the team.
  • Leader that provides the appropriate level of communication and responsiveness.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and participation awareness.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools, including Microsoft project.
  • 3-5 years project management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years technology industry experience.
