As the Assistant Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the General Manager is off duty or working on other projects.Main focus during shifts is ensuring guests are having a great time and all team members are working cohesively. From laser tag to bowling, bar service to kitchen, we have a lot of moving parts. The ideal candidate is someone that is comfortable being on their feet, multi tasking and engaging with guests and team members alike.
