Job Description

Hickey is seeking an energetic Graphic Designer to support the in-house Marketing Department. The Graphic Designer role will work on company campaigns, create and edit print advertising, direct mail, eMarketing, web ads and social media artwork specific to company, office and individual agents.

Candidates should have a keen eye for design, typography, layout, photography and be familiar with current design trends and best practices for both print and digital. You will take ownership of your work and be constantly challenged.

This is a Temp to Perm, full-time position (M-F) in a company office or remote 9:00-5:00pm (additional hours may be required).

 

Responsibilities

· Overseeing design projects, from conception to delivery

· Prioritize and complete several projects each week based on urgency and scale in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail

· Create ads, campaigns, presentations, direct mail pieces, brochures, booklets, reports, web ads, social media campaigns, etc.

· Follow company branding guidelines and processes

· Work directly with marketing team, offices and agents on marketing initiatives

Requirements

· Must have a Bachelors or 4-year degree in related field

· 3-5 years of experience

· Clean, sophisticated, and modern creative aesthetic

· Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop

· Ability to manage expectations, set deadlines and follow up on projects with a strong sense of urgency

· Have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, accurate and flexible

· Ability to take creative feedback and execute updates quickly and seamlessly

· Juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

· Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize deadlines

· A team-oriented mentality: we are seeking someone who will complement our hardworking, fun team.
