Job Description
Title: Office Clerk
Schedule: Monday-Friday 800am-300pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
 
Office Clerk Job duties and responsibilities:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions along with other duties.

Requirements:
Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
Experience as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
Minimum 6 months administrative
Minimum 6 months receptionist
